Recipe: Minestrone

Preparing a tasty "Minestrone" is simple and cheap:


 
In 2,5 litres of vegetables stock, cook a piece of ham bone, a big onion and a green pepper cut in thin stripes and a carrot cut in little dices. When vegetables are cooked, put out the ham bone, add 100 g of cooked beans, a handful of soup pasta, basil and oregano. Serve when pasta is cooked.

Vegetables stock can be the result of having boiled some vegetables for a previous recipe, so we won't throw out anything. .
